Deleting Your Workspace

If you want to delete your workspace, you can permanently erase it and all of its associated media. This guide explains how to initiate the deletion process and what happens to your data once the workspace is removed.

1. Navigate to Your Workspace

Ensure you are logged into your account and are the owner of the workspace.

Click on the My workspace link located in the top navigation bar to open your workspace dashboard.

2. Access the Settings Tab

Navigate away from the default members view by clicking the Settings tab located just below your workspace overview.

3. Initiate the Deletion

Under the Delete workspace section, look to the right side of the screen.

Click the dark grey Delete all content button to begin the removal process.

4. Confirm Permanent Deletion

This action triggers a final Delete workspace warning modal. Please read the consequences carefully:

• Data Loss: All of your audio and video files, projects, and revisions will be permanently deleted.
• Access Loss: All members, including yourself, will lose access to the workspace for good.
• Finalize Deletion: If you are absolutely certain, click the purple Delete all content button inside the modal to permanently erase the workspace.
