Upgrading Your Subscription

Access more transcription hours and AI credits by upgrading from a free account to a paid plan. This guide walks you through selecting the right subscription tier and securely completing your checkout.

1. Locate the Upgrade Banner

When logged into your dashboard on a free plan, you will see a purple 'Upgrade your plan' banner at the very top of the screen.

Click the white Upgrade now button to open the subscription setup modal.

2. Select Your Billing Cycle

At the top of the 'Change subscription' modal, choose how you prefer to be billed by toggling between Pay monthly and Pay annually. You can also adjust your preferred currency using the dropdown menu on the right.

3. Choose the Right Plan

Select the subscription tier that best fits your content needs:

• Inwista Lite: Ideal for creators with smaller needs. Includes 1000 AI credits and up to 10 hours of transcription or captioned video per month.
• Inwista Pro: Designed for professionals requiring extended limits. Includes 2500 AI credits and up to 25 hours of transcription or captioned video per month.
• Inwista Enterprise: Custom solutions for organizations needing significantly more transcription time, bulk AI credits, and pricing by agreement.

4. Complete Your Payment

Once you have selected your desired plan, click the purple Change subscription button at the bottom of the modal.

You will be securely redirected to a Stripe checkout page. Enter your payment details and confirm the subscription. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected back to your dashboard where your upgraded limits will be instantly available.
