Randi Labs AS (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website www.inwista.ai (the “Service”). Inwista is an online video editing tool offering several features, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and a video editor that enables users to easily process and work with automatically generated and manually created subtitles for their videos.
This agreement applies between Randi Labs AS (Org. No. 933 555 739) and the registered user (the “Customer”).
By accepting this agreement, you consent to the terms herein, and a legally binding contract is established between you (the Customer) and Inwista (Randi Labs AS). This agreement governs your right to use the Service, and by checking “I accept the Terms of Use” during registration, you accept this agreement.
Users agree to comply with all applicable Norwegian laws when using this digital service. This means that any content uploaded, shared, or otherwise distributed through the Service must fully comply with Norwegian legislation. Below is an overview of our usage requirements:
As a customer of Inwista, you always retain ownership of your own data. Anything uploaded, processed, and downloaded through the Service remains your private property. Randi Labs AS does not claim ownership of your content and has no rights to use it beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service to you, unless you provide explicit written consent for additional purposes.
For automatic transcription of audio and video, Randi Labs AS uses its own self-hosted solution (based on Whisper) running on an isolated and secure server infrastructure within the Google Cloud Platform (EU). This ensures that your files remain fully under our control during the transcription process.
For advanced features such as summarization, text analysis, and generative AI (including the generation of text, audio, images, or video), we utilize enterprise-grade language and creative models via the Google Vertex AI platform. For all AI processing within the Service:
For other data processing, such as secure storage of your data, we use Google Cloud Platform (servers located within the EU). Payment information is securely handled by our trusted payment provider Stripe. Randi Labs AS never sells your data and does not share it with third parties for their commercial purposes.
By accepting this agreement, you gain access to the Service and, from the start of your subscription, receive a non-exclusive right to use Inwista for your own business. With an active subscription, Inwista will provide full access to the Service and offer technical support if needed. You are considered a license holder only with an active subscription, and you will have access to the Service all year round without limitations.
There may be downtime on rare occasions. If you can document that your access has been materially reduced due to such downtime, compensation in the form of a reduced future license fee for a given period may be considered.
Randi Labs AS owns Inwista and holds all intellectual property rights to the Service. These rights are protected under the Norwegian Copyright Act. Ownership of the Service remains with Randi Labs AS, regardless of any license granted to the Customer under this agreement, and applies to both the original version and any copies. When using this Service, you are required to treat it as any other copyrighted material, and you may not copy content from Inwista without citing the source or obtaining written permission from Randi Labs AS.
As a user, you are under no circumstances permitted to sell or transfer anything from the Service to any third party or business. It is also strictly prohibited to decompile, reverse-engineer, build upon, or disassemble any part of the Inwista Service, as it is considered private property. All contact information stored with Inwista is regarded as our property, while all other data remains the Customer’s property.
Access to the Service is granted immediately upon payment. The purchase constitutes digital access to software and requires no physical delivery.
Access to Inwista requires a monthly license fee paid to Randi Labs AS via Stripe. After payment, you will immediately gain access to the entire platform, and from the date you start your subscription, you will be charged once per month for the number of user licenses you have purchased. After purchase, you are not entitled to a refund, and if you wish to cancel your subscription, this must be done before the next monthly charge.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will automatically be stopped, provided you have no outstanding payments. In this agreement, one user is defined as a partner or an individual in another company with exclusive access, and this can be adjusted both during registration and later.
Access to Inwista requires a monthly license fee paid via Stripe. Payment is made in advance, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.
Users of Inwista receive 45 minutes of free transcription per month, which may be spread across any number of files. If you require more, you may upgrade to a paid subscription.
The license for Inwista is valid for one month at a time and is paid in advance. The subscription renews automatically if you have an active payment plan and have not chosen to cancel it. You are not entitled to a refund after payment is completed, but you may cancel the subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing period.
If you only use the included free transcriptions, you will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade.
Randi Labs AS disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or incident arising from the Customer’s use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in translation, wording, transcription, text structure, or other errors originating from a third party. We are also not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as lack of technical knowledge, limitations in technical equipment, or similar factors.
Inwista’s speech-to-text service provides no guarantee regarding the accuracy of transcriptions. Errors and inaccuracies may occur for a variety of reasons, including audio quality, background noise, dialects, accents, and the complexity of the linguistic content. The user is responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and completeness of the transcriptions.
Users are made aware of the phenomenon of “hallucination” and creative variability, in which AI models may generate incorrect, biased, or contextually misleading content. This applies to all AI-driven features, including transcriptions, summaries, and generated audio, images, or video assets. Randi Labs AS assumes no responsibility for any errors, business losses, or misunderstandings resulting from the use of AI-generated content. The user is solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and suitability of all output produced by the Service.
The Right of Withdrawal Act applies to purchases of digital services. If the Service is used before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal is considered waived.
Since Inwista provides digital services, no return right applies, but the subscription may be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.
Any errors or deficiencies must be reported to sales@inwista.ai. We comply with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and will correct any issues within a reasonable time.
If the Customer opposes or otherwise fails to pay the monthly license fee, Inwista reserves the right to block access to the Service with immediate effect until the outstanding balance is settled, which in some cases may include interest and additional charges. In extraordinary situations considered force majeure under normal rules, the agreement will not be regarded as breached for as long as the force majeure situation persists.
If the situation continues, or if it appears likely to continue for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice.
The Customer may under no circumstances transfer this agreement to another physical or legal person, nor to any third party, without written consent from Randi Labs AS.
This agreement replaces all previous agreements and obligations, both oral and written, regarding access to the Service, including user access and pricing.
This agreement is governed by Norwegian law, and any changes or additions to this agreement are only valid with a new written agreement referencing this one. This agreement is binding, and any disputes shall be resolved under Norwegian law and settled by Oslo District Court.
