Adjusting Your Notifications

Keep track of the status of your uploads within your workspace by configuring email notifications. This guide shows you how to enable or disable alerts so you know exactly when your transcripts are finished or your exported videos are ready to download.

1. Access Your Account Settings

From anywhere in Inwista Studio, look at the top right corner of the screen.

Click on your name to open the dropdown menu, then select My account to go to your personal profile page.

2. Navigate to Notifications

Your profile defaults to the User details view. To change your alert preferences, click on the Notifications tab located just beneath your account summary.

3. Choose Notification Types

You can set up alerts for two key stages of your workflow:

• Transcription: Receive an email as soon as Inwista finishes processing the text transcript for your uploaded file.
• Video rendering: Get notified the moment your final subtitled video is fully exported and ready to be downloaded.

4. Edit and Save Preferences

To change a setting, click the grey pen (edit) button on the right side of the notification type you want to adjust.

• Toggle the Alert: A modal will appear. Click the toggle switch to turn the email notification on or off.
• Save Changes: Click the purple Update settings button to confirm and save your new preferences.
